* We accept UPI, Net Banking, Cash, Credit/Debit Cards, and other approved payment methods.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

A. Travel Services:

* Cancellations are subject to the policies of airlines, hotels, visa agencies, and other third parties. * Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–15 business days. * Service charges, convenience fees, and booking deposits are non-refundable.

B. Foreign Exchange:

* Currency exchange once completed is **non-refundable.
* Rate locks are valid only for the time period mentioned at the time of booking.

4. Visa & Documentation

* SamFxt acts as a facilitator for visa processing. Approval or rejection is solely at the discretion of the respective embassy.

* Abusive behavior, fraudulent activity, or misuse of services will lead to cancellation without refund.
